Karen Kane wanted to update the woven label for her collection of casual knits under the name, Karen by Karen Kane. Rather than offer the brand a typical damask weave or satin woven label, we proposed a specialized selvage edged, satin woven label, that not only provides the softest, most comfortable edge in the industry, but also maintains the truest white ground any satin woven label can offer. This suggested item successfully complemented Karen’s Knitwear line, priding itself on a more relaxed, comfortable fit.
