To truly understand why A&E cotton thread is more consistent than other cotton thread, you have to start at the beginning. We use only the finest cotton from specially designated areas of the southwestern United States. All the cotton is carefully inspected to insure it is up to A&E's high standards.

Then, from the time the cotton leaves the field to the time the thread is delivered to you, it is meticulously examined and tested every step of the way to insure uniform strength and overall product consistency.

As part of our quality process, we are continually looking for more ways to improve the quality of our cotton thread. In fact, by the time you read this, chances are A&E cotton thread has undergone further improvements.
